4/16/08 – indianapolis, in
i first met up with local singer/songwriter, dean phelps, a few months back when he contacted me about doing some photography for his upcoming album. we finally figured out a date and were blessed with some perfect weather for the shoot. his style is a laid back mixture of acoustic, folk, gospel, and americana. to learn more about dean, his music, and his upcoming album, check out his website. i’ll leave you with a handful of my favorite images from today

Well, its day 2 here in Colorado. i came out here to photograph a darling little family and it has been a blast so far. today we drove from Denver through Boulder and Estes on our way to Rocky Mountain National Park. its so lovely here! the weather has actually been in the 40’s and 50’s! SO, here’s our adventure so far. the big shoot with Branden, Bethany, and baby Conner happens tomorrow at Red Rock. very pumped for that ) check back soon!

on our way back from the rockies we passed this beautiful field in front of the foothills. the lighting was perfect…so we had a little impromptu photo shoot )

today’s cold and dreary weather made for a great portrait shoot with tons of beautiful soft lighting… this might take a while to load, but i had a tricky time picking out favorites…so i just added a bunch ) hope you like…! allison and becca thanks for being such troopers out in the cold )

Well I had a super fun day up in Chicago for Alex and Cossner’s photo shoot ) I met up with the adorable boys and their family at Navy Pier for plenty of Christmas games and fun… and a little ice skating. I absolutely love Chicago! Here are my fave images from the day )
